5 stars for two reasons. Firstly, I could park in the trade section due to mum's and dad's parking in the regular carpark to grab their grass seeds and picture hanging hooks. And secondly the snags were on point with plenty of onion as well.

Thank you to Paul from the paint section, who did apologise that it wasnt his section but was willing to give it a go and help at the tile area when the store had no one available. The product we wanted said only 8 tiles but he helped me search and we found stock count wrong and Paul found 2 box's for us.corine then took over, what a great young lady, helped us finish our order.

Brought my son to bunnings for the first time. He absolutely loved it and a staff member named Ross was just a perfect example of what great genuine customer service is! Not only did he have great knowledge about where things where located here also made my sons first visit in the store a beautiful fun memory! Thank you Ross! Also we love bunnings!

Omg first time at the new store they had everything I needed plus quite a few other brands to offer. And the staff were helpful smiling. I'll be back very very soon with my trailer and without the wife

I have worked in building supply 30 years so was totally unimpressed when I tried to return a caroma toilet seat and was refused as it had been installed. Quality was so poor that it creaked and groaned even when my 40kg wife used it !! Was told that I had to get Caroma to authorise return credit , even for an upgraded Caroma model . Caroma process to do this is not simple ..Sorry Bunnings not good enough!! Your staff are trying to help but your company guidelines are going to cost you another customer.. never will you get any future business from me and I will certainly tell everyone I know this story , pity because I previously had enjoyed my visits to your stores. Some flexibility over a $30 sale would have avoided this...

Good place and plenty of parking. Just get lost looking for things and roam around for ages lost in a dream. My mum loves the garden area and the roses this time of year are her favourites. She enjoys looking for the latest flowering beauties and often fills her trolley. I enjoy the camping section.
