These guys are an absolute joke to deal with, if you're thinking about starting your active wear brand with these guys.... DONT!!!
They have left us in the lurch for nearly a year and a half, wont reply to our emails, and wont give us back our money. Told us it would be and 8 month process, a year and a half later we are still waiting for our initial order. Told us the order was ready, then inflated the price of the last invoice, that was 4 weeks ago and they wont reply to emails.
My next step is legal action... so what ever you do, avoid these guys at all costs!!!!

Definitely take care dealing with this company. I received good initial customer service through the design and sampling phase. However, manufacturing of the bulk order was fraught with problems. Hingto seems capable of sourcing good quality fabric and building to basic designs. However, for customised features and branding, I found their consistency and attention to detail very poor. The bulk of my order included products which were asymmetrical, tolerances well beyond those agreed and brand logos either missing, partially or poorly applied (which cannot be sold given the quality my customers are entitled to expect). They are also extremely inflexible in negotiating reasonable outcomes with respect to unsaleable product and have refused return of deposit funds.

Just be aware and make sure they understand exactly what you want, initial contact was good, however product came out at a low quality, maybe because I was not a large retailer? Sizing was wrong and requested crewneck was more of a long sleeve t-shirt.
Neck tag I requested with my logo was also missing.

No refund but valuable lesson learnt, just a heads up for future prospects.
