They are great in trade. However, with the estate building looming ahead and many DIY projects especially in need of more paint selections and other items they only rely on one staff to do the task or when you want an item only to find out it is “Out of Stock”. People don’t mind supporting the local stores only if they have more items in stock, saving them a trip back and forth to Bunnings. They need more staff training and keep up doing the stock intake. There is room for improvements. Go to fernvale mitre 10 a huge difference.

Disappointed to say the least. When they would not match a price listed at bunnings I was advised to shop else where. When I asked what their best price was I was told their marked price was it. Surprised that they are happy to loose a customer's so easly. Business must be good.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help out. Bit of a premium on some prices which is to be expected. Limited range but enough to get you out of a pinch. Some items are much cheaper are Mitre 10 than Bunning so be sure to check!

I live in lowood. This is my go to hardware store. Also I always get my fuel there. Today I asked if they could order a fuel cap for my little lawn mower I bought a while ago. They provided one to me free of charge. Great customer service and great staff members.

For a small countryish hardware store they do a bonza job...if they dont have they will do there best to get. But like anything these days... Be paitent. Service is better then the big smoke, staff will always ask if you need help. Unless they are busier then a chicken getting fed.

Excellent service at this store. It is not my local store and I will drive past another Mitre 10 to go to the Lowood store. Knowledgeable staff who show an interest in helping you find the product you need. My wife also prefers this store because of how helpful the staff are.
