Pack and send not only failed to offer insurance for my package but is failing any compensation for a broken 100 year old clock that I trusted would arrive in the same condition as they recieved it.. no accountability, no compromise nothing.. Stay away from pack and send Campbelltown at all costs..

My daughter in the USA received her parcel today. Everything was extremely well packed and arrived safely. The goods to be sent were collected Monday afternoon, so a 3 day turnaround!

Organised quote with company. Had buyer pack and drop off the company only too be told packing damaged and have to repack at $40 more than my original quote. No photos sent to me of packaging from the interstate store. How to make a quick dollar off you when they have you over a barrel

DO NOT USE THEM! Campbelltown Pack & Send is the worst (I purchased wood and crystal from Because Auctions and was recommended by them). None of it was packed well, in fact the box was so torn up, there were missing sides and items. I contacted them, had insurance, filled/sent claim, no payment whatsoever, blocked my email too (terrible integrity). It’s a SCAM and rip off!

See for yourself…. Pictures say 1000 words. I had to open the box outside because you heard all the broken glass, very unsafe!

I have nothing but great things to say about this franchise. Kelly provided the BEST customer service. I needed a package to be delivered interstate by the next morning and Kelly assisted through the whole process. She ensured the package was delivered many hours before the estimated time of delivery 12pm instead of 5pm. She liaised with the team in QLD to ensure she had an updated ETA and could provide me with all the updates via phone call. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome service from the Campbelltown branch. My interstate courier package arrived at the destination the very next day which I was super pleased with as I wasn't expecting it to get there for another day or so. The team also sent a confirmation email once delivered so great personal touch.
