Heres a shot, Tatiana was my fave Phlebotomist. A few of my toughest years seeing her almost weekly while battling cancer. We exchanged a joke or two every time and we would leave each-other laughing and grinning big. I would have loved yo keep in touch with her when she left…. MAYBE she will see this message or someone can inform her. Thanks

Deb is really terrific at QML Margate! She is very thorough and makes sure that the correct labelling is completed once collection has occurred... and it does take about 20 minutes per person.
I am not a fan of blood tests and it is usually difficult to find a vein, but Deb makes it as easy on me as she can.
I hear people complaining about having to wait, but when there is only one person working in the clinic, and impatient people waiting for tests, mixed with those who can make appointments for special tests, of course you can expect to wait, no matter what clinic you are at!
I witnessed several very impatient and rude people yesterday, and hats off to Deb on the way she handled them!
QML needs to have more than one person on roster for Monday's at Margate.

I can not give enough stars to Deb & this QML, I drive out of my way for this service. Feeling a bit tense at the prospect of any sample being taken, is gone within seconds when I find myself laughing and sharing stories.
Even on the busiest days the process is clean, not rushed but quick, personal and enjoyable.

I’ve been to that pathology and yes the wait time is about 20 minutes per person ( that’s normal) there’s paperwork and then the blood test. It can take ages to get blood if your dehydrated. Then your blood sits for 30 minutes then gets spun for 10 minutes so the whole process of one person takes a hour. That lady is rushed off her feet and all she gets is complaining from people. Go overseas and try and get a blood test. I found her to be caring and interested in me and helps me get the best results. I’m never have a bruise and leave happy.

Lovely service just a very busy clinic. Even if you get there at 7am please expect to wait 1 hour 30 mins. Due to the COVID restrictions of only 3 people in the waiting area, expect to stand outside for 30mins before you’ll be able to take a seat inside, important for those who can’t stand for long periods of time. Convenient location for Margate and great service just unfortunate about the wait.
