Spoke to Mick in the Technical dept and i have done so for many the last 3 years, he is always helpful and today my mincer had stopped and my sparky could work it out. once again i rang Mick the Marvel and he gave me the contact for service they were there in 1/2 and fixed. Im so glad i purchased a Thompson Mincer, not much goes wrong but when it does everyone understands the urgency and helps. Well done guys

It's a good place to learn how to work with Stainless Steel. Liked the pork crackle that was supplied in the lunch room (don't know if they still do it). The facilities were average from my perspective.
