I have had a subscription for about a year which has mostly been uneventful. My most recent order I was charged but did not receive the product. The website says it was refunded and cancelled. I received no refund. Customer service does not reply to emails or messages.

ETA - they have since replied and indicated some staffing issues. However I have still not been refunded or sent the product (which is a shame - the toothpaste is good)

I must say, while I was skeptical at first, I absolutely love these Tooth Chews! They will save many a handbag from a leaky toothpaste tube. I love that they are low foam and super minty. Very easy to use and leave my teeth feeling extra clean. Also contains fluoride, which is a must for us Dental Professionals!

I received one of their toothpaste tubes in a beauty box subscription. I wanted to like it but their website says it has basically no fluoride (100ppm when toothpaste should have 1450ppm at least), which means it’s useless as a toothpaste.

This is my first time trying chewable toothpaste and I loved it! The taste is so minty and refreshing and made by a dentist so I know that it’s good for my teeth 🙂 The packaging is eco friendly and the starter pack comes with a super cute tin to keep the chews in, do yourself a favour and get some, you won’t be disappointed!

I love this product and don’t ever want to go back to normal toothpaste. It is eco friendly , easy to travel with and tastes great. I have tried other similar products but ToothChews is the best!

Once I said "Minty fresh, really foamy, good for the environment, and they contain fluoride. What more do you want?"
Now they don't respond to any form of contact. Have they gone out of business? Who knows?

Great product!! Hugely convenient, taste great, cool packaging, no waste from hard to squeeze tubes.....and best of all no mess!!

Love them....I’m definitely a convert to chewable toothpaste
