They “tossed” my $250 parcel out! I called to discuss that I would be delayed picking up a parcel due to expired passport and family health issues. I was assured when I called that they would keep my parcel for me and stated “we never throw parcels out” Well that was t the case. I arrived for pick up and spoke to staff and the staff called a women I charge of parcels and she was completely heartless “you should have picked it up in 30 days”. I expressed that I called and staff assured me they would keep it for me…They didn’t. I just travelled 2 hours round trip and it’s gone. The value $250. no. one. cared. The heartless woman who is responsible for packages stated we threw it out and then hung up on me. Sounds like she and other staff enjoy other people’s parcels is what I got out of it.

Purchased lumber. Everyone inside and out in the yard was so kind and helpful. The definition of customer service. Evan in the yard, checked each board and we got the best of the best. He helped us load it in the truck and cut it and load it again. Highly recommend WIBS. I've been buying things there for many years and have never been disappointed with service or quality of materials.

You can't beat these folks for pleasant knowledgeable help. Again today they gave me clear advice on how to solve my problem. That's what's so great about their store. People are actually there to wait on you, including the owner himself.

A convenient Kinek location for Canadians looking to have shipments mailed to an American address. For standard items, it is $5USD per parcel. If you leave things there for more than, I think, a couple weeks, there is a surcharge (a nasty surprise one time). There is also a toll bridge to contend with (~$3CAD per trip).

Service is friendly, and it is a convenient location.

Not unfairly, they have a policy of assisting contractors ahead of Kinek patrons. Depending on when you show up, this can be a real nuisance. The last time I was there , I ended up being perpetually "next in line" as more and more contractors showed up taking my place in line; I found myself waiting for half-an-hour at the counter before someone was able to help me.
