Purchased a shower grab rail - per the diagram from the web site. Left handed - when it arrived it was right handed. After discussions I had indeed ordered the wrong handed ( fix your photos ABP) apparently you hand a grab rail by placing the shower head or toilet behind you ...
I was offered a return (15% restocking fee) and me pay return courier.
The entire grab rail was $120 ( good quality and good price) but because of the 1000mm X 1100mm X 760mm shape @4.3Kg it was quoted at $450 by TNT to return.
So I ordered a new one - and get to scrap the old one.
OH! Update - ABP didn't like my review so cancelled my order and told me to go else where - great to deal with.

I received the order in good time and all is good except that their were no instructions on how to adjust , mount or set the spring tension on the hinges .Please can you send me info or direct to info ?
