Purchased a plasma cutter with pipe extension from Enzo and the Complete Machine Tools team in September. Right from the outset the purchase has been problematic and 3 months on I still don't have a working machine. The quality of the machine is low and the design is flawed. It lacks safety precautions which caused a fire with the pipe extension. Despite constantly chasing them to try and resolve the issues they have never sent out a technician to fix the problems. They have never demonstrated any knowledge or understanding of the machine they have sold and instead forward information which originates from Asia and is authored in illegible English.
