A great, swift and friendly team. The initial engagement with Ray from their sales team was great; he is very knowledgeable and provides solid recommendations. The cairns uplift team were awesome and conducted a fantastic job. The Perth team used to unpack were also just as great. The service was let down by lack of communication after pack up was complete.
This would have been 5 stars, however a few things let them down: once the house was packed up m, we didn’t receive any updates whether our things had arrived, we had to call. The Perth office team are obviously busy and we waited 2 days for a return call. We then had to scramble to support delivery as this was such short notice. It would be great to have more communication and accurate forecasting, which shouldn’t be an issue with modern technology! We also had an item damaged, which after 2 weeks of communication still hasn’t been processed.

I’ve had to use them a few times with my moves for work. Something always gets broken. Little thought goes into the unload. 100kg of gear on top of a microwave, dents and scratches on white goods. Really really really disappointed AGAIN with the service. I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy.
