Be wary - we had some emergency septic work scheduled and arranged someone to come up and replace a part. The cost was discussed however they failed to mention that they would require full payment on the very day. Not even a part payment was accepted. It gives me comfort to read in other reviews on here that others have had same experience.

This is unheard of with trades and we found it very unprofessional and it really put us in a difficult predicament as we were expecting to pay within at least 7-14 days as with most invoices.

They really should have explained this policy upon booking. A year later the part gave out and they wouldn’t honour the two year warranty simply because we hadn’t chosen to use their services since.

I found this very unreasonable and did explain as they were far away it wasn’t practical for us to use them due to their $300 call out fee and had chosen someone local.

They also phoned our council too to advise them we weren’t using them which was a bit odd and seemed a bit vindictive all because we hadn’t had it serviced by them. There was no agreement in place so I’m unsure why they are behaving so. This has been our experience with Coral Coast. It is what it is.

Available to come within 48hours of my call. Friendly staff diagnosed the problem, sourced parts, and had all jobs done within 3 hours. Also took details and prepared a quote for a replacement item. Once the quote was accepted, they ordered the part and returned to install it within reasonable time frame. Well done.

We used Coral Sea Plumbing for Gas instalment a couple of years ago. They were great, so decided to use them again to fix a shower breach. Wendy guided me through the entire process easily and professionally. After getting the run around from the Insurance company and their 'people' it was a nice change to talk to someone helpful and knowledgeable to get this done. Work was completed professionally, quickly, cost-effectively and most importantly on time! Would gladly recommend and use them again.

Ripped up front and back yard plus side of house with worlds worst excavator operator, to run a line up through the roof back down so water line is exposed to sun in tropics, when could have just been corrected with a short run in half the time.

Full of rocks, six barrow loads to remove, response shows the lack of pride in work. Doesn't matter if tenant or not, what was left behind is a muddy rocky mess.

I’ve tried using this company 3x to give a local company business, but very strange customer service from them. I always pay upfront or they would not attend my property (apparently company policy, which is fine), then charge astronomical amounts after jobs completed even if minor.

The attitude is not at all very nice & leaves you feeling like you’ve done something wrong when you haven’t.

When asked why they couldn’t put pipes on an outdoor deck, for a kitchen, the response was the job was too big & didn’t really care about doing the job or not because they get so much work, so basically I was wasting their time…..sad!

I had a water leak in my garden and was unsure of where. The Coral Sea team got to my problem swiftly. The team were a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed throughout the process. I thought this was going to be a expensive lengthy process but was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and professionalism of this company.
