F&P were engaged as a sub on our kitchen renovation. They were responsive to all of our queries and requests, and were happy to work around our schedules and availability. They may be busy, which is GREAT. However, communication is a must. I was told on the 8th of this month it might be two weeks before I received a quote. I called on the 30th to be met with an equally non-commital, non-apologetic, I'll follow him up: he is very busy. That is fine, but communicate, and perhaps consider being slightly apologetic if you don't meet a timeframe. Unreasonable? Anything else is taking your clients for granted. How long until you are not busy if you keep treating clients like this?
