Shopped around for battery for cerrato a lot places are more expensive and not as good product. Gentleman took my call expertly and he charged me exactly what he quoted.

Needed some T-Handle Spinners urgently. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and was able to order them at approx 09:30AM and had them delivered to the store by that same afternoon for me to grab. Thank you for your help.

Called the store asking the man if he has a thin walled spark plug socket, after checking he said he has only 1 left in stock, i asked if he can set it aside and il pick up within 10 mins. Once i got to store i asked if he was sure this spark plug (14mm kincrome model number: K2951) was thin walled he said yes, i told him iv been looking for a while and this spark plug type seems illusive, hence was he sure it was thin as it doesn't state anywhere it was thin walled on the sticker. He said it WOULD work and that "no spark plug has thin walled written on the sales sticker." After going home, lo and behold it does NOT fit. I then called and spoke to the owner again, he said he is sorry it doesn't fit but he will not take the item back or offer a refund as the seal has been broken and there was no way to seal it back.

Even though the spark plug was available at bunnings and cheaper too, I wasn't bothered going back to argue for a refund as the store seems like it has had better days. This was my first and last time shopping here. Lack of knowledge and abysmal customer service from owner does it for me.

EDIT: In reply to the owner leaving a response 8 months AFTER our interaction...Shows how many customers visit the store for him to remember our conversation so well. I will challenge your knowledge and integrity with the responses below:

1) "We supplied you with the smallest and thinnest wall spark plug socket available in the market."

Not true! I told you it was for a BMW f30 and they require a special tool that is a thin wall. Endeavour Thin Wall Magnetic Spark Plug Socket 12pt 14mm - ET3102 is one of the thinnest in the market, hence, again, lack of knowledge from your side.

2) "Additionally, we clearly made you aware of the returns policy on tools"

NO you didn't! That is an absolute lie from your end mate, had you said that i would of just popped to bunnings to not only buy it cheaper but they accept returns as well like supercheap auto and Repco.

3) "This policy is applicable in all automotive parts and tools stores."

There we go with generalisation again. This policy seems only applicable to your store. Before i arrived to your store i shopped at Supercheap Auto and Repco and both accepted returns for their tools they gave me to try but alas, they couldn't take the spark plug out.
