Recently, we had TCL Security install a digital lock on our front door. They provided excellent advice, and the office staff were friendly and efficient in scheduling a tradesman to carry out the installation. The tradesman arrived on time, was very professional, and gave us valuable security tips while also showing me how to operate and program the digital lock. We now feel much more at ease, knowing we no longer need to worry about one of our teenagers forgetting to lock the door or carrying keys. Additionally, we can set specific days and times for others, such as tradespeople, to access our property without needing to be present. I only wish we had done this sooner. I highly recommend TCL for all your locksmithing and security needs!

New key and remote for my car. Great service. You *might be able to find cheaper, but that doesn't mean you get the same thing...

I would like to thank Simon for his speedy and professional response and assistance he gave to us after we had an attempted break in. Simon changed our locks and made the house secure but mostly he gave us back our sense of our home being our safe space.

Always had excellent service from this long standing Cairns business, going back to the days when Tom Cowles himself was the locksmith . The other day young Joel gave me some great advice on the keys for my newly purchased ten year old Nissan Navara. I thought I'd be up for big bucks to replace them, but Joel got both keys working and replaced the batteries and one worn, non functioning key blade for less than $60! well done TCL

I rang several times to get a price of getting an older car key cut. I was told that someone would ring me back, still waiting a week later. As l was heading down that way l thought it would be easy to call in and get the key cut. All okay as l got cut in Atherton locksmith, that was prompt, polite service.
