Submitted an order online which is to be delivered Wed 18/12/24 I was asked to be home between 12pm-5pm. I was advised the delivery driver would call 1hr before arriving. Waited at home on the agreed time and no phone call received from the delivery driver. I called the cairns store at 4:30pm and was told the delivery drivers have dismissed my delivery as they didn’t have enough time. However, Caroline the store manager who was very patient and friendly loaded up her own personal car with my items and drove all the way to the northern beaches to personally deliver my items at 6pm. Kudos to you Caroline and thank you very much, you are a great store manager. A simple phone call from the delivery crew that they couldn’t make it would’ve been great but it was such a let down. The only reason I’m giving this store 5 stars is all because of Caroline. Order 4118880040712.

Just like the name...
Finally have all of our new furniture in our house, looks amazing.
We bought Sonoma wardrobe fittings and shelves and a bridge tallboy set, as we as Havana tall and slim boy for the teen rooms.
Our house looks and feels so much better with our recent purchase of these items.

Extremely affordable furniture which is Australian made aswell.. Which is a bonus!!
Staff are very friendly and helpful with any enquiries which you'll have.
Plenty of parking available.
They include delivery or a convenient pickup location at their warehouse facility.

So insanely happy with my experience at Fantastic Furniture! Shakti is a legend and one of a kind. So helpful, did her research, took care in understanding my likes and needs for my unit. I can’t believe how personal she was, the care she took in making sure I was happy with what was ordered and patience as well when selecting different furniture. I can’t believe she’s only been at your store for a few weeks! She is a weapon - you must applaud her and the work she puts in to her customers. My family and I left smiling from ear to ear. She is a beautiful lady and so very generous with her energy. I am so happy with my items and can’t wait to see how they last! We went in just on closing time to pick up some stools and Bruce D went above and beyond, closing up and coming to the warehouse after hours to get us our chairs. Super friendly and excellent customer service. Would recommend shopping at Fantastic Furniture Cairns. Thanks again Bruce.

Sorry guys but your service is deplorable .
I would recommend to try and avoid this place. Long wait for very basic and poorly built furniture.Lost orders, no delivery on scheduled dates.
Nothing fantastic here!
