I recently visited a friend’s house who had purchased a sofa from this brand just a few weeks ago during a sale for over $2000. Sadly, the cushions have already started to sink, and the fabric is pilling. When I asked why they didn’t return it, they mentioned that customer service said they couldn’t send anyone to assist, which seems shocking for such an expensive item. Even after paying $250 for a stain-resistant spray and warranty, the stains won’t come off. Really disappointing quality and service.

I purchased these two items from Campbelltown store today. Was looked after by Gwen. She was very very lovely and helpful. She gave us suggestions and sometime to look around and make discussion. Staff are super friendly but unfortunately after 2years my Amelia lounge threading came apart & completely turned to rubbish. Staff couldn’t do anything due to being out of warranty, lounge rarely used. 2 years $$$ & complete WASTE of money. Would never purchase a lounge from James lane again. Really disappointed. Stuck with a relatively newish lounge, poor quality.

We got the delivery of the bed frame within one week which is great. The quality of the product in comparison of the price is good. Waited in the service queue long time however the lady served us apologised for the delay and delivered us a fantastic service that we forgot disappointment of waiting in the queue.
