Warranty may aswell be printed on toilet paper. Staff couldn't care less about following up or helping with warranty. Delt with three separate people including A manger over A faulty rod. Was told A week turn around been six weeks and haven't heard A peep. Went straight to PENN Australia and had A replacement rod and care pack 3 days later. Poor effort from the anaconda team

Beyond disappointed. Order a Yakima bike rack through Aniconda Cairns. Got home to set the rack up, the rack looks like it had been a display product, multiple marks on the rack, multiple parts missing, cannot even mount the rack to the car, i called Anaconda and explained what happen. The lady I spoke to told me to drive over an hr out of my way to return the product, apparently they cannot accommodate for this issue. Beyond disappointing. I highly double I'll shop at this store again

Great store and service. My old Fluid foldable bike peddle broke while on holiday from Melbourne and Lachie and Heath and the bike tech made the huge effort to find a part that would fit and made the bike available before leaving town. Great store also with lots of bargains. Thanks so so much Anaconda Cairns 😀

Great service and professional cheating skill. I have bought this bike from two week ago, staffs promised will build a new bike for me and I would pick up after a week. I also left my personal contact details while paying. One week later, no bike no stock and no called from this shop, when I tried to pick it up they said that they had no stock. They said wait for one more week and I would be able my bike with a gift ( front basket) due to the innocence. What I should do was wait for 3 more days to next week. Therefore, I went there again this week and there is the bike without basket and don't know when they will come more stock.

In fact that , there were one lie cover others lie and wasting time and effort. Staff can't do there job on time and totally forgot this order. I went there for 2 times for the pick up and today, I am going to talk to them again. It spent my four days to buy a brand new bike. Isn't it too much effort? Well, you have a judge.

Very unprofessional.. bought some clothes in the store and the staff forgot to take off the security lock. I went back and take one off when I back home found there is another one with security lock…so I have to back the the store next day luckily I still got my receipt 🙂
