You need good bed and good shoes, as you spend most time in either. We chose Easysleep for our adjustable bed, based on fact that we could try the product (location convenient for us) and, may be later, buy cheaper online. But we were hooked by quality of Easysleep product, availability of bed size we needed (split queen) and, last-but-not-least, by very professional customer service, which made us confident in our decision. It's good feeling to know that your custom matters to the company you buy from.

Exceptional and efficient service by both Glyn and Denis. We love our bed it has changed our lives. Thank you for fast delivery for my husband after urgent surgery it has helped so much in his recovery over these last two weeks. WOW what a great investment in the Easysleep King split Bed. The positive difference it's made to us, is very noticeable ! Denis gave us great service and time. His delivery guy was professional and experienced and we`re an hour out of Cairns. I need to put a plug in for the `Tencel` sheets that Denis sells......you`ll never go back to the others.

To whom it may concern.
Recently I purchased an electric adjustable bed from Easy Sleep in Aumuller street. This has been a very welcome addition to our bedroom and it’s so nice to sleep with a posture that suits my needs. My wife is also able to sleep in the position that she prefers. The service from the staff was second to none. They were courteous, kept us updated on delivery and very prompt. If you like to be treated like a human I cannot speak too highly of this company. Give them a try you’ll be delighted with everything they sell and do. We originally purchased our bed in March 2019 and three years on are still very happy with our purchase. I recently had to replace the remote for my side of the bed. The staff went out of their way to find a replacement for me (as our bed is an older model). I can still highly recommend this company Geoff

Our first purchase of the Easysleep bed and we have had amazing results immediately no aches and pains, no reflux and good sleep. What a fabulous product and well worth the investment.

Jack was very easy to deal with, was very informative & helpful in selecting the right beds & bedding. The delivery guys Aaron & co-worker (sorry but can’t remember his name) were on time, efficient, helpful & very respectful. Mum & dad are loving their new beds & enjoying the ease of getting in & out of them & love having a massage when going to sleep. Very happy with the purchase. I would like to say I had almost given up on such a thing as customer service but meeting Jack at Easysleep and what he did for me and my husband in an emergency situation regarding buying a bed and setting it up has been fantastic. The knowledge of the product and salesmanship was great, and he went the extra mile to get the bed to us and set up in such a quick time frame. Amazing !!! The bed is just what my husband needs.
