Range of products - fantastic.
Staff - fantastic.
Website - horrible. Way too clunky, difficult to navigate and does not Express the range of products within the shop.
Virtual tour - forget it.
Online content is so critical these days.

honestly, how does this place stay open ?
i saved $110 on an exact same model brand etc etc etc product by shopping at cairns hardware store instead. product this mob quoted me was $599 against $489..another product from these guys was $69, other place i mentioned was $49.....
IT PAYS TO SHOP AROUND PEOPLE..
