I recently purchased a new mountain bike for my 8-year-old son, Liam, from Giant Cairns, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Being a typical last-minute Christmas shopper, I emailed the shop in advance to check if they had suitable bikes in stock. They promptly replied, letting me know they had a few options available, although with limited numbers.

When Liam and I visited the store, we were greeted by a friendly team member who immediately assisted us. Using their sizing calculator, they measured Liam (who's tall for his age) and suggested we 'upsize' to get the best value and longevity out of the bike. Thanks to their expert advice, we walked out with a stunning Giant Talon 4 Men’s Hardtail Mountain Bike in Radiant Orange.

Liam was over the moon with his new bike! After a quick ride on the Cairns Esplanade, he started getting the hang of shifting gears and building confidence. The quality of the bike is outstanding, and the service we received from the team at Giant Cairns was second to none.

Rex at the Cairns store was awesome!
He listened to what it was my wife and I were looking for, measured us up and presented a few options before helping us to navigate the choices and pick one!
He even put up with my terrible Dad jokes! Over all a “Rex-a-lent” experience with the team at Giant Cairns! 10/10 Would definitely recommend for those wanting a quality product and experience!

So I brought my Revolt to fix issues with the shifting of gears that have been going on for quite some time. I got the brake pads replaced at the same time. Work finished I tested the bike: absolutely perfect. Shifting and braking flawlessly! Excellent job. Was only later in the day that I discovered that the brake caliper’s paint was quite scratched. What a pity. So, in conclusion: they did a great job fixing what was wrong; I only suggest that you check your bike carefully before and after, just in case the same happens to you.
