Really helpful experience from Dave and all of the guys and ladies in the timber yard. Dave has helped me a couple of times getting timber that was stored up top and organised getting it down onto the racks so I could buy it, really friendly and went out of his way. Really nice guy and excellent service.

I'm not usually one to give negative reviews but after years of poor service, consistent junk quality products and massive price mark ups, it's time to give them what they deserve. ACCC can you please do your job and split up this hideous monopoly.

Shop here often on my own with my partner and staff are overall friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, yesterday, 14 October at 12:15 while I was at the self checkouts buying a single paint brush, an older male staff member approached me and said "I'm sure you'll get a lot done with one paint brush. I bet you're just going to pass it to someone else so they can do all the work. "

I didn't get his name as he was standing uncomfortably close, and I just wanted to get out of the situation asap. I'm certain this information can be found using the date and time of my purchase provided.

I understand that customer service can be draining. However, blatant misogyny is unacceptable.

I have tried 2 separate times over the phone to place a special order.
On the first call I was re directed 3 times (only to be put on hold for 10 minutes)
Then a second call and was on hold for over 20 minutes.
No voicemail and it’s the poorest excuse for customer services!!

My favourite store. Jack was super helpful. Ty Jack!
One of the bigger stores. You will find all you bits and bobs you need here. They even have a coffee shop and playground to park any uninterested family members. Trade section one end, Nursery the other.

I was at Bunnings Smithfield the other day, and this young man called Riley helped me with choosing a colour and he seemed extremely well informed! He assisted me with choosing the correct paint suited to budget and needs and was very polite, funny and efficient! Will be shopping here again! 😊

I really like this awesome boy called Colin.
He works in the plant section and lights up my day every time I see him. He's so knowledgeable about plants and has a really optimistic outlook on life :)))
