The team at MEM were fantastic. We just relocated our office and they had us out of the old office and into the new in no time. The guys were super friendly and nothing was a problem. They took care of the furniture and the walls and put everything where we asked, even when we changed our minds. I would definitely recommend MEM Removals and Storage.

Each time I had phone contact with them, each staff member never knew what was going on or what the other staff had done in regards to assisting my move from Cairns to Sydney. The men came to pick it up and they were great. I was advised by the office my stuff would take roughly two weeks to arrive. I have just called at the start of the second week to ask when my belongings are arriving, and the lady informed me everything else that had shipped down with it had arrived but they were waiting on me to call with an address. All I had to do was double-check the address of the storage shed it was going to. I feel it would have been common sense and proactive to call me and find out where it is exactly going rather than just having it sitting somewhere waiting to hear from me.

Amazing. Same day service which no other company offered. The boys went above and beyond to lug my furniture all the way up my steep driveway with no complaints. You guys are legends will definitely use again! (Sorry that means you have to deal with my driveway again!) haha. Thank you!

Flawless service from Grace & Kim. Couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond to make sure i was 100% happy and followed up constantly with updates.
It was completely hassle free thanks to them and of course the boys at ‘Jakes Trucks’.
They were extremely fast and were more than happy to do a few extra jobs on the spot for me before finishing up. Zero dramas.

Would not recommend, unless you like your belongings damaged and handled without care. I’ve never dealt with a company so hellbent on NOT communicating with you. A month later after moving and still finding it hard to get an answer to emails and phone calls.
Also, the handles for our fridge are still missing along with a pair of leather motorcycle gloves.

We had the contents of a large home moved today from Trinity Park by MEM Removals to a shipping container stored at our block in Kewarra Beach. The company has had new ownership who I found all staff to be efficient and knowledgeable for the services offered. The guys turned up as scheduled and worked incredibly hard in the hot weather, packing everything with great skill to fit all of our belongings carefully into the truck and then to the container. All members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a local removal company.

A very disappointing experience.
A booking was made to uplift my furniture Friday the 15 th of January
At 7 am.
The furniture was to go into storage.
A 7 am time was confirmed by MEM the evening before.
No one turned up and no one called.
I eventually got through at 9.30 am to be told unforseen circumstances had occurred but the guys would be there by 1 pm.
I get a call at 1 pm to say they were delayed and would be at my place by 3 pm.
Again no show.
I called at 3.45 pm to be told another hold up but they would be there at 4.30 pm.
Finally 3 guys arrived at 5.15 pm.
By this time I was very stressed and anxious and also unwell as recovering from recent traumatic surgery.
They did most of the job and left at 9.30 pm.
However they left half a dozen items which they said would be collected before 12 pm the next morning SAT the 16 th Jan.
No one showed.
The office was closed and no one responded to my messages.
Again Sunday no contact and no pick up of the final items
I was leaving to fly to Adelaide early the next morning and new tenant's were due to move in.
Only at 1 pm Monday the 18 th did the items get picked up but only after my son was able to get through to the office and reminded them of the pick up.
I had also sent them an email over the weekend requesting urgent removal of the final items providing my neighbours contact details to allow them entry to the unit.
No apology no response to my email and total indifference.
They are currently storing my furniture for a few months until I return from SA.
I am now worried about what will happen when I want it delivered!!!

I tried to get a quote and relocate painlessly in January. They asked me about an inventory list and I provided it the next day. It doesn't look like this company is interested in clients. No calls, no emails. I tried to ring them, emailed them a couple of times - no response. If you're too busy and can't handle all the inquiries and such workload at the beginning of the year - please have a courage to admit that and notify a potential client you can't help him. Waste of time....
