I bought a new hard drive from another retail outlet and could not get it to copy data. Kept throwing up errors. I am not tech savvy. I went into Mac and the lady there fixed it in under a minute and didn't charge me after I insisted on paying. I will definitely be using them in the future. Excellent customer service. Excellent service and assistance with all my Mac issues over the years. Recently had my iPhone hacked and Ivy’s expertise in restoring it was wonderful. She followed up with all my issues, helped me reset passwords and answered all my questions. The clerk was very kind. But there's only one thing I'm disappointed. I thought my phone was completely restored, but I still can't use the speaker and face ID function. The screen was perfectly fixed and other functions also fine but that 2 things that I mentioned don’t work. And I paid 360 dollars for it. Actually i cannot be satisfied with it.

Took my I pad in as it was only charging to 84 %,charging lead was fine 5ey said needs a new battery,now it’s charging to 86% with new battery,so obviously wasn’t the battery ,three stars for good service two stars for knowledge,obviously didn’t know what was wrong with it ,falked out for a new battery for nothing.
