Leo was so helpful throughout the whole process. After removing our carpet he advised that we needed to level the floor first. I have rented in a house with hybrid flooring on uneven floor and it was terrible. Definitely worth the extra cost to level. They did a fantastic job and the floors look fantastic.

Met Victor he was of great help and really willing to help with the floors and seems to be very kind and humble. I purchased the bamboo floors with natural colours and the product seems to be very strong and thick with nice smooth finish. the locking system is great, it locks in perfect & easy. it's solid bamboo strain woven, great product.

Their customer service was good. Leo was a helpful person and came to our place multiple times to inspect before finalising the quote. He even went extra miles to provide the floorboard samples after office hours and also measured the subfloor humidity after the subfloor leveling to determine whether it was the right time to lay the floorboards or not. Love my new floor. Thank you Eric and Frank (Campbelltown shop) for going above and beyond as there was a bit of a stuff up with moving some furniture back BUT Eric and Frank stepped up and saved the day!!!! Wonderful people to deal with and great service!!! Highly recommend this business!!!

Eric at the Campbelltown centre was incredibly helpful and patient with my multitude of questions. He made sure our floors were installed in the tight timeframe from settlement to move in. The installers were very professional and even came in on a Saturday to get the job done. Our apartment is now completely transformed and we love it!
