Absolutely love the service from the team here! I came down nice and earlier to get my headlights replaced and the process was amazingly simple the team kept me in the loop and even taught me some things I didn’t know about my own car.

Drove 20 mins and arrived at the store 2 minutes past their closing time of 5:30pm to exchnage incorrect part. Doors closed, requested and managed to get in. Cashier looked up the correct item and asked aother staff to grab it, few seconds later he replied the part was out of stock. Common dude, you just checked the stock in your computer before asking the other staff to grab it. They did not even look at the shelf before telling me it was out of stock. I asked if i could go have a look... he refused. And next minute i check online the part was in stock. What a disgusting service. 0 star.

Big range. Managed to get a price beat on oil which never goes on sale.
Requested assistance for an oil filter. The staff member almost said hey ouens watkine. Overall a positive experience.

Good selection of products. Other than that - robots would do better. Typical wollondilly shire hillbilly staff and clientele with a "stuff youse" attitude.

No people skills. Selective greeting at the counter. Almost patronizing in the aisles...

All the staff ignorwd me, not even a hello when I walked in the door past 2 tellers doing nothing. I was offered no assistance when looking for wiper blades even though its right by the cashiers desk and both staff had no customers to serve. I sorted my self out and moved on to spray paint, a guy who got there after me was served first and the person on the phone didnt even look up to say she would assist me shortly. After 10 min of waiting and having no luck after ringing the bell at the desk twice I put my purchases back and went accross the road to Autobarn who greeted me with a smile and helped me out straight away. Dont waste your time here and go to Autobarn accross the road.

Walked into the store to buy a Spark Plug.
Not knowing where they are kept, i saw couple of staffs chatting and placing price tags on a shelf close to the Cashier Counter. Stood there for at least a minute or two and the girl(Jess) accidentally saw me waiting for help once and did not turn around until i walked off to find spark plugs myself.
When i saw they are in a locked closet, i did not have a choice but ask for help and went back to the same place where the girl was placing price tags and stood there for another few minutes before an asian dude from the cashier came and asked me if he can help me.
He told the girl(Jess) to help me out and she replied saying she needs some time. Then she looked at the pic of the spark plug i had on my phone and straight away said they don't have it in stock. When i showed her that their website is saying they have in stock, she opened the locked cabinet and started looking for it and found it.
Very ignorant service. I hate to see these type of people and service offered in such renowned shops.
Kudos to the asian dude who came out of the cashier desk and offered help.

Unskilled and very unprofessional service! Staff “ Mark” don’t know anything about automotive industry but why he is working there I have no idea! He will let down Super cheap auto Campbelltown for sure! And also too expensive everything compare with other Auto parts company. Same issue took it to Auto-barn campbelltown and resolve the problem immediately!
Super cheap auto big time waster! Specially guy name “ Mark” !

Friendly staff . Plenty of parking places. You can find tools, camping equipment, car accessories, and heaps more in this store. Staff are friendly and helpful.
