Lovely little cafe, we got the fish burger and the beef burger. Both were really delicious and filled us up. Highly recommend the fruit bat juice off the menu, probably the best juice I’ve had in Cairns! Make sure you go out the back and sit in the little garden area away from the street. We will return!

After reading a recommendation for this Deli on a Facebook page for grazing boxes, I ordered 2 for Christmas Day, as did 2 of my sisters also make an order when I suggested this. When the order was picked up by my husband on Christmas Eve, we were overcharged for what was quoted and didn't receive what was ordered. I phoned Gail to check if I had the right box as it wasn't what I ordered and was told my order was confusing. I was met with some hostility and asked "what do you want me to do, we can shout you breakfast." I ended the phone call because it was Christmas Eve and would just use what we had been given even though breakfast croissants had been ordered and there were none in the box. The box also included wine, we don't drink wine, and cereal none which was ordered, yet the Deli said during the phone call that we got a more expensive box and didn't pay the full amount for it. Overall the products weren't fresh and it was disappointing to pay for something we didn't eat much of other than the fruit. I was later told by both of my sisters when I asked them how their boxes were, that she was disappointed with her boxes too, they didn't use them for their event. I understand that the Deli had many orders and were overwhelmed, by what was said to me, chaos/chaotic, was the word that was used, I don't understand why a business will overbook themselves and undeliver on service. It was an expensive disappointment.

We had a wonderful experience dining in for breakfast here this morning. Warm and efficient service, well priced menu and the outside back court yard is a lovely space to enjoy a delicous light meal and beverage. 5/5

Seinfeld Trivia Night last night, This was brilliantly hosted. Excellent questions. Fast and very professionally hosted by a Cairns local comedian who did a fantastic job (forgot the name - sorry!). Huge audience. Enthusiastic. Well behaved. Knew their Seinfeld. I think they do a different one each month, on Friday nights. Definitely looking to go to more. Best hosted trivia night I have ever been to - and on a theme so everyone has a fair crack at it.
