Fantastic customer service, quick to respond and produced a quality custom made splash back for my new home!
These guys were so helpful and suggested the perfect colour combination for my kitchen.
I was looking at a plain splash back but now have a feature that sets my home out from the boring flat colour that is common everywhere!

Marlin Coast very efficient in supplying a quote and was the best so far that I had received then proceeded with the Job . The products were completed within the quoted time frame and upon delivery all products were of top quality I will use Marlin Coast again and recommend you consider then first, as I am very happy with there work .

He is a nice bloke and his prices are very competitive but he lacks the eye for details and is not a great communicator. He turns up an hour late and yes he does say "sorry we are running late" but really a call would have been nice.

I found his work sloppy and lack of details. One corner was rounded and a few mm shorter than the end of the wall. Yes he did come back and fixed it but only after I complained. The mistake was obvious and should have been dealt with straight away. When he finally came back (5 weeks later) he did do a great job fixing it all but left a 50 cent size silicone blotch on my Granite bench..... yet to figure out how to remove it.

We were not told were the joints of the glass backsplash are going to be. I was shocked when there was two big joints on both sides of the stove! His reply was "it is impossible to do a 3.5m long piece!" That may well be but I am an ecologist how am I suppose to know that! You need to communicate this to your customers so there is no surprise element, especially in that price range.

The colour is another example of miscommunication. He gave us two samples, of different textures (slumped glass) and colour. I returned the white one and ordered that texture but brought a sample of my off white kitchen because white isn't white. As it turns out, white is white and nope it isn't matching. Again, why allow me to bring a sample of my kitchen by if there is only one type of white?

The 2 stars are generous and only because he does use the clear glass and not the greenish one.

Zero stars. Was quoted $220 for a cut piece of perspex that three other companies quoted between $22 and $38. Ludicrous pricing with no explanation.
