worst experience every time i visit. all i wanted was some lash clusters and some hair die. i was asked if i wanted help told the old woman her what i was looking for and she looked at me judgementally and told me she couldn't help me looking for hair dye at a hair dye store? like right after asking me if i wanted help waste of time.

I don't live in QLD and needed some products to tie me over for the week.
They accepted my paperwork and I was in the next day for some goodies - just wish I'd had more weight available in my carry-on... I 💯 would've gone nuts 🤣

Purchased lash glue from here as I was stuck and it was expired came out stringy and sticky. Called and was told to bring it back it for a refund. I was working all day so sent my partner back to get a refund and he was told this is how the glue is. I’m sorry but ask any lash tech and they will say that is expired glue. Extremely rude staff

The ABOSLUTE worst service ever. Will never go back. Extremely rude , judgemental they made me feel extremely uncomfortable and just wanted to leave the store as soon as possible.
100% don't recommend this store.
I'd rather go somewhere where people treat others with kindness and respect.
