Poor customer service! Came in this morning for some information and a quote. First off, off the bat, he said “all of our products are online” before I could even ask what I was specifically looking for. I then pushed more questions and he just said it can’t be done. Everything I asked was a “no can’t be done”, so I went to Cairns Fencing and guess what?! It can be done and they even took the time to explain the pool fencing laws and placement of slats.

If you want a fence that buckles up heaps they will sell you more. That's nice of them. Their response is bull. I have other palings from elsewhere on my fences and gates. Same spacing. Asked for 8 palings to replace green ones but nope. So for this review they saved themselves about $25.oo for 30k looks on the review. Not everyones a bright spark down under it seems. 🙂

Excellent business. Fencing seems surprisingly hard to get done these days especially if you live on a larger property an hour out of Cairns. Before approaching Arnel I spoke to multiple business and they were either interested, were quoting outrageous prices and/or were mucking around and kept postponing work for months just to pull out at very last minute.
All that went away when I engaged Arnel. They provided me with quality materials at great price and also lined up their trusted contractor (Pat from MBH constructions, can't speak of him highly enough). Arnel and Pat have built my fences on time, on budget and delivered great quality. I am happy to give them my best recommendation and next time I've got a fencing project I know who to call. Won't be looking any further. Thanks legends!

Wow! Huge range of fencing supplies including more hinges, locks and fencing accessories than I have ever seen in the one place. Mick and the guys were only too happy to help tracking down what I needed and helped load up the van.

Traveled 2 hours to shop and spoke at length with the sales person describing exactly what was required. Paid half of total cost. 4 days later received a sketch, (type expected of a three year old) with absolutely none of the details spoken about in the shop, This sketch requested that we take all responsibility for the specifications on the sketch. Sent email stating some of the obvious flaws to which the reply was to return to the store to describe what we wanted. Requested return of deposit. Received email stating accounts WILL BE IN CONTACT to arrange payment.
As nothing was received within the week. Sent another email stating no one has been in contact. Three weeks from purchase got solicitor involved and sent another letter then finally received payment. They stated they were waiting for us to provide details. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Went in looking for a small piece to fix a gate , they custom made a new latch that would do the job on my old bent fence gate and at no upcharge , great service will return . Even the Dog is impressed !
