What can I say, if they'd have answered their phone or returned a call from a message left maybe we would have been able to do business.
No answer = no business, thus I took my order for $4,165.00 to another supplier.
Maybe they don't need local business or this was too small an order for them
I'd recommend trying other Cairns suppliers before these guys.

Rang them to discuss aluminium fence posts. It quickly became obvious that the product I wanted wasn’t available. Still though the bloke on the phone spent 5 minutes plus trying to help with the issue. THIS is the service I like.
