GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ordered a new washing machine over the telephone. The lady who promptly answered the phone was very nice, knowledgeable and of great help. The whole process of ordering, delivery, installing and picking up/disposing off the old machine was very easy. The two young gentlemen who delivered/installed the washing machine were also extremely friendly and helpful.
Many thanks and great to receive such excellent customer service from a LOCAL business! Highly recommended!!!

Bought the LG washing machine water inlet valve. The sale person quoted $71.50, Already expansive as it, cost more than twice compared to other online store for the same genuine part. Went home and check the receipt, they add another 10% GST. What a rip off!!!

Bought my dishwasher in for quote on repair. I called 3 times to see how they were progressing with it and was told they were real busy! They got back to me 7 weeks later and said it was ready to be picked up and it cost 140 dollars to change the on off switch!
I asked where my quote was before going ahead and fixing it and they said it was not written down on the job card by the sales desk.
Under duress i paid it and took the dish washer.

6 weeks later it started making the exact same noise so i bought it back as the parts were still under a 3 month warranty and specifically told them that if there was any other work needing doing that was not covered by warranty to call me as I was not impressed with them just proceeding to fix it last time with out my approval.

5 weeks later they call me up to tell me it is ready to be picked up and it would cost 120!! for parts and labor that weren't under warranty.
So in 6 weeks after it was supposed to be fixed and running fine it had apparently developed a leak and a bunch of other problems!! But when I took it in it had no water under the machine and I had only used it the night before as it was still running just making a zapping noise from the on off switch again.

After Complaining about them not consulting me a second time before repair she took the labor off the bill making it a total of 78.

So in conclusion after 3 months of no dish washer and 200 plus dollars later you to could have a second hand dish washer....
Save your self the pick up and drop offs, the down time of the machine and dealing with Kennedys slow and dishonest services and just buy a new one.

PS second time I have decided to leave the machine with the crooks and just buy a new one instead and will not be returning to use there services anymore as there service is not what it used to be.

Thankyou you Nathan for sourcing and obtaining part for my blender. Part did take a while to arrive, but I have now come to expect that being in a regional town.
I think it would be great from a customer service point of view that you give customers a call after a week to let them know were you are at with attaining parts to keep them in the loop, even if you haven't been able to locate it.

My washing machine wasn't working. Repair man arrived as arranged and when I was still having issues, I rang and a repair man came out again the same day. All good now - 50c was stuck in hose! No complaints re service. I originally called another local company who were the authorised agents for my brand of washing machine. I was advised that someone could not come out for 2 weeks!

Don't waste your time. They replaced the internal door on my dishwasher as it was leaking. 6 months later the bottom seal has come away (which was part of what they replaced). They advise that to fix, the door is covered under warranty, but their labour charge is not! Absolute joke.

I had them attend to fix my machine machine while I was at work. I came back to a scribbled note on a scrap paper telling me that they were missing a part and couldn’t complete job. It also said for me to call back during office hours and re-book to have someone come out again.
I called the next day and was told they were busy for a week. I am a mum with 3 kids and had no washing for a week. When the guy finally came back it was not fixed - BUT I did not find out until about a month later as I was travelling. On the first load I did when I returned from travel - I had same problem so I THIS time I WENT IN and spoke to them in person. They didn’t believe me as it had been a month. I literally had to prove I was away and had to ask them to come out again.
It was finally “fixed” but they had to use another tech as “Callum” was only new. A week later and magically all these other charges were sent to me. I didn’t pay them. Now maybe 5 months later and the machine is showing the SAME problem I had them attend to fix
Useless customer service, useless response time, useless warranty on Their own workmanship.
Hands down THE most USELESS company i have ever dealt with!!!!

Dishwasher in rental house was inspected and we were told that the filter needed cleaning. No food present but they told us all that was needed was a cleaning. After the first wash food was left on the dishes. Service person stated if it still does not clean to contact them ASAP.

The next day I took the dirty dishes to the service centre and they confirmed that this small food scraps should not be left on the dishes after a wash. I was told they would write up a report to send to the owners.

Ended up getting the bill for the "service". Upon calling Kennedys they informed me that you have to rinse all the food off the dishes. I questioned this as our Westinghouse dishwasher (in our vacation house) just needs a quick rinse of larger food and it cleans everything overtime. Kennedy's answer... you have to rinse off all the food.

The current machine is old and while it sprays it does not clean. filter is cleaned after every wash but still food is left on the dishes. Next house... I will not go to Kennedys but get a westinghouse as it is less work.
