I recently engaged Andy and his team to install Samsung Frame TVs and Sonos sound bars in our home and holiday home. Our home, built in 1890, has always posed problems when trying to integrate a TV into a tricky space. The holiday house has water access only, and neither of these posed a problem for this team.

I was so impressed by Andy's can-do attitude. I particularly liked that he was able to engage and coordinate all the trades required to complete the jobs, including custom-made joinery to my specifications.

Reliability, communication, and professionalism were all great, and all the various people we met were polite and friendly.

For a hassle-free and professional job, I would highly recommend Andy and his team.

Andy and the team at Universal were amazing. We had a full sound system installed in our new home as well as a home theatre. Andy and the team were able to execute everything promptly and to a very high standard. Super super happy with the work that Andy and his team did! They installed/mounted our TV and connected them to our Focal products - it's been working flawlessly with no hiccups. They came and told us very clearly what they were planning to do and double checked with us before installing anything. Very good cable management - almost invisible from all angles. Made sure the place was squeaky clean and even vacuumed! Thank you Andy.

The challenge was to sort out my home cinema and hifi sound setup which, after a relocation a couple of years ago, was in a bit of a mess and needed sorting out. it was also time to upgrade my 10+ yr old TV. After shopping around, I contacted Universal Home Theatre as they were highly rated.
At my request, Andy conducted a site survey identified my needs and provided a quote. Andy and David arrived a week later to carry out a fast and efficient installation. The end result is a neat and tidy set up that sounds and looks so much better than before.
I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the work carried out. and can highly recommend Universal Home Theatre for your audio visual needs.
