When boarding the flight ground staff didnt let people waiting undercover during heavy rain. Asking all people lining up in the rain while she’s only one having an umbrella enjoy people getting soaked.

Love it. Flew in with the microlight. ATC let me land on main runway. I was dwarfed by a 737 crossing my 12. No collision, but on the radio old mate was going off, reckon he was Indian, cos all I could hear was wedding music in the background, you know, ding ding ding. Haha, brilliant. Spicy but.

I would like to thanks once again to Bradley, from the Jetstar counter.
Our flight was canceled the day before due to bad weather conditions, nevertheless, Bradley helped us and showed kindness towards us all the time.
I wish I come across him again.

The airport is easy to get around being a small regional airport. It was clean and organised enabling us to to get in and out quickly.
There are a couple of car rental companies on site directly opposite the baggage claim.

Little airport in Proserpine, perfect to reach the Whitsundays. Free water to refill bottles, free public Wi-Fi, a big bar, and a souvenir shop.

Absolutely the best airport I have ever been to! I was blisteringly hungover going though here. Staff were super friendly, great food, impressive ceiling fans, clean toilets (great plumbing) and the giant, salt water aquarium was absolutely mesmerising! Would visit again in an instant!

The fan speeds are way too high, it's uncomfortable to sit under them and people are switching their seats to avoid them. Why do all these places think people love cold air just because it's hot outside. This is why people get sick..
