We would like to thank Prado in Electrical for his excellent service, knowledge of products, his friendly attitude and professionalism.

Since I arrived in Airlie beach , I almost come every week , suddenly we need a lot of things … I they have everything … went to buy some heads and the kid who was in there was so nice , took the time to xplakn everything to me with a lot of patience, also bought the scooter , cause ti rent it was so expensive , so decided to buy one , and works really good , thanks a lot . Later I need and iron , so went again …. We still need a few things and for sure will coming back … the prices are really good , amo totally recommend ! Thanks a lot 🙏🏼

I came into the store a few days ago with a problem with my Drone.
In all the years I have shopped at Harvey Norman, which has been in Perth, Mackay and now Cononvale, and have bought A LOT of stuff over the years, have I ever met a team of guys that were so friendly and willing to talk and help. Ordered a Dishwasher for a Xmas present on November 24th and here we 5 weeks later, December 28th and still hasn't been delivered.
The Dishwasher was in stock at the time of the order. We have contacted the store and they could not find where the order was at or a delivery date and to be patient.
A neighbour ordered a fridge on Boxing Day and it was delivered the next day.
I'm a very patient person but Xmas has been and gone and 5 weeks has passed and no update or phone call from Cannonvale Harvey Norman.

Moved to Cannonvale 12 months ago and went to harvey Norman, I’m shocked at how good there sales team are especially PRADO, he’s isn’t pushy and he has a huge wealth of knowledge on all the products, I bought 8 kilowatt split system aircon, oven & dishwasher. I’ve recently been back in and grabbed an airfryer and a few Fitbit watches only because of the way the are attentive to us as customers, if your in Whitsundays region I highly recommend the team (especially PRADO) at Harvey Norman Cannonvale ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars every-time I’m in there store !!! Took multiple phone calls over a few weeks to find out where my "coming soon" order was and when it would arrive.
Rude warehouse staff insisted on unpacking a brand new 75" TV before I could load it to do a "Screen Check" and then replace the secure plastic strapping with just sticky tape too hold the top sliding cover part of the box (which has the handles to carry) to the bottom part of the box where the weight of the TV is.
