Fantastic stay at Oasis 6, and we would certainly return again in the future. Great communications pre-trip through to post-trip, and impressed by the end-to-end logistics provided during arrival and departure. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, and in spotless condition. Comfortable bedding/linens, clean and well appointed bathrooms, solid kitchen, strong wifi, and cold a/c in each room. Sun room/patio was thoroughly enjoyed, especially for marina and sunset views, new year fireworks view, daily bird watching and nightly bat watching. The included buggy was a key amenity which made transport around the island incredibly simple.

The Hibiscus 207 apartment is well set up with everything you could ask for. The views and location are amazing with a buggy to get you wherever you need to be on the island. The team at Whitsunday Holidays were also magnificent providing pre-arrival information, recommendations and organising the airport pick up and drop off. 5 stars across the board, we’d easily stay here again on Hamilton Island.

Blue Water Views 17 was beautiful, had everything we needed and the views were stunning. Located in a perfect position in walking to One tree hill lockout to watch the fireworks display on New Years Eve.

Our 4th stay here at Frangipani 04
We love the ground one level with picture perfect view of Catseye Beach. With a buggy included, a must have for us to cruise around the Island at our leisure. Frangipani 04 has just been renovated and we loved all of the new features and appliance upgrades. Everything shiny and new:) Great job on the new layout of the main bedroom and ensuite, second bathroom and new laundry:) Love love your style:)

It was a wonderful vacation.
It's a paradisiac place, with good people, good food and good services.
The facilities throughout the island are very well maintained and clean.
I hope we could come back.

We stayed at YCV14 for the fourth time. Previous stays have been great, this time has been plagued with problems.

We arrived to a villa which had the following problems:
Dirty sheets
Broken microwave
Broken coffee machine
Insufficient towels
Insufficient soaps
Broken outdoor furniture
Leaking roof in a bathroom
Strong mould smell in a bedroom

We raised the problem with Whitsunday Holidays and received mainly lip service. Firstly was send a ‘maintenance man’ who was rude and aggressive, and he failed to resolve any issue.

After 24 hours none of the issues were resolved, enquiries were met with many excuses. Finally, a new microwave and coffee machine were procured, but were literally dumped in the door step, leaving us to unpack and install. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was not compatible with pods that were previously provided.

We were provided clean sheets some 48
hours after arrival, but only for the housekeeping to just dump the sheets on the dining table, leaving us to remake the bed we were unable to use due to the dirty sheets.

The outdoor furniture had not been removed some 5 days after arrival, leaving exposed nails and broken wood, a clear hazard to young kids.

The matter of the leaky roof and the notable mould smell were barely acknowledged, even though a quarter of the accomodation was left unusable - also resulting in far more crowded rooms than were previously planned.

The ‘customer service’ was totally absent, with a number of concasending phone calls leaving very little revoked. Clare and Julie in particular were condescending and simply ignored concerns, and provided a litany of excuses as to why problems were not able to be fixed.

We had previously enjoyed staying at this villa, but the new management is terrible and we will unlikely return.

The YCV in general seem to be having declining standards with the front gate not working for the duration of the stay, and huge pot holes in the road. Age and lack of upkeep is obvious, some, like YCV 14, far worse than others.

Sadly, a much anticipated holiday was not as we would have liked, and way too much time spent dealing with inept property management and a number of problems which should have taken 15 minutes in total to resolve.
