Excellent transfer from Shute Harbour to Palm Bay. Luggage checked in at Shute Harbour and delivered straight to your room at Palm Bay resort. Boat pulls up on beach and passengers disembark on a ramp so no wet feet! Fast transfer and friendly service. Marine Terminal has a useful cafe and a very comfortable lounge upstairs.

We booked a day trip to Palm Bay Resort and looked forward to a day on the beach and by the pool sipping on a few beverages. We woke to a thunderstorm and torrential rain which didn't look like letting up. We quickly contacted the booking office to try and cancel and hopefully receive a refund. Sadly they used their booking conditions to deny our request. Which is their right. Clearly money is more important to this business than reputation.
Our experience in another part of Qld which resulted in us returning many times went like this. We were on a sightseeing and sunset cruise and torrential rain hit about hallway through. The captain decided to return to port due to the conditions and before we got back our refunds were already in the bank. He didn't have to, he could have continued in the miserable conditions, but he chose to think about his customers and his reputation. Which business would you prefer to deal with.

Bags collected at terminal and received at palm bay in our room - so efficient and such good service. Best we have had in Australia.

Huge carpark (approx $10 a day) at harbour.

This is a fabulous little service. Easy booking, calls returned promptly, fast email confirmations, and most importantly safe and comfortable, even though it was a bit windy. Great landing, didn’t even get my feet wet.
