Purchased a brand new fridge which had 3 months warranty, the fridge blew up after 10 months. Trying to get anywhere and was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company, no fridge for 8 days trying to sort out a new fridge. Look elsewhere for products because even if they fail with warranty you will be left in the same boat as me with no fridge for 8 days. Fingers crossed they sort this out on the 8th day waiting for a result. So unprofessional in every manner. If I could give 0 out of 10 I would certainly do so.

Airlie Beach Betta have been absolutely fabulous since our move to Airlie with numerous visits to the store and many purchases.
The staff have always been great to work with and very helpful.
A recent product warranty issue was dealt with immediately and Dawn was most accomodating with a positive result.👍👍👍👍

AMAZING customer service, you won’t find any other similar stores in this town that will beat them! We have had four homes in the region over the last few years and needed many air conditioners, ovens, fridges. Betta Eletrical will always greet you as soon as you come in, will answer any questions and go above and beyond to help out. They are just so personable and not ‘just another big company’. The owners have dropped items out to us in Proserpine when we have underestimated sizing, they have helped us with warranty claims and they have always replied to emails with answers or quotes within a very quick time frame. The owners are a passionate, caring couple who really take pride in their business. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

These guys are the absolute Best. Nothing is too much trouble which in itself is an elusive asset in today's retail world. And although the TV that I brought was extremely well priced, the thing that I loved the most is that they didn't try to gouge me on the delivery costs to Bowen. Other Airlie retailers take note of Betta. And just BE Betta!
