The lady at the returns counter was very rude and argued with me when I tried to return something I wasn't happy with 15 minutes before closing time. It was obvious she just wanted to go home and had no interest in helping me. She purposely made me feel stupid for wanting to return the item. Very poor customer service

No price scanners work with in the store. I requested a price check from a very miserable Vinnie who reluctantly gave to me in the end once she finally got her zebra to work. Vinnie on the self check outs is extremely rude. Very unhelpful, rolled her eyes every time I needed assistance as my purchases weren’t registering on the scales. The third time she came over was because I scanned my flybys. I joked and said what an idiot I am sorry. She pointed to rewards sign “we are rewards, not flybys!”. And huffed and puffed off again… there is the most loveliest gentleman that greets everyone on arrival at the door. Vinnie needs to be taken off customer service as she has none. And doesn’t have you leaving with a nice experience!

Went in today to find some work shorts. They showed available online and couldn't find them on the shelves. One of the staff, Maddison, went way above and beyond to track them down on the pallets at the back for me. Very appreciative. Fyi for other visitors...this store is a lot smaller than a normal Big W so they often don't have a lot of stock.

Great place to buy all basic stuff , you can found almost everything you want , shoes , underwear, woman’s clothes and working clothes , workout things , almost everything for your kids , things for paint , also blankets pillows ,makeup … this is the never ending list …. And all good prices … o totally recommend ! People who work in there are very nice ! Thanks sis much

Great place to stock up and save money in the airlie beach region.

Half of the staff are very friendly. Half probably hate their job. But overall everything is quite easy to locate and always stocked up!

Twice this week I went to the shops and the lady at the self-serve checkout was rude to me. Rolled her eyes when I asked for assistance because the item I scanned was very light and the scale did not read the weight. And same thing happened again this afternoon.

Love it here. Something for everyone. Pool, slides, tennis, movies. Good sized powered sites & clean amenities. Such a shame they took the jumping pillows down though. That was my daughter's favourite thing every year.
