The lady at the counter (I’m sorry I didn’t ask for her name) was amazing, more than helpful and she was very honest which I really appreciated, she took her time and she gave genuine advice on what she thought was better for me not trying to sell the most expensive excursion like other travel agencies. My friend and I were traveling to Australia for the first time and went to the Airlie beach without knowing what to expect.
Luckily we found Heather who basically planned our entire three day trip in that area. Heather was very nice and helpful and gave us great discounts on the tours that we wanted to do. She understood that we weren't from Australia and went out of her way to make sure that we have every information that we need.

I would strongly recommend going to her.

We walked in here after being snapped at by the information center over the road… and found these guys extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what type of tours or day trips would suit us the best given our age and budget. Was very pleased to be spoken to with a kind manner and understanding of what our needs are and what we could manage. We are so excited to do the three bookings we made with them on our holiday. We called in here to see what tours were available that would answer what we wanted to do - given there are so many to choose from. The agent was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend something that was actually just perfect. Paying was easy, and an email arrived with all the details straight away. Recommend having a chat here if you're not sure which tour/s to do - there is no extra cost.

Booked ocean rafting tour and scenic flight with Where? What? How? Just be aware that a deposit is required to secure booking 'where flights are involved' however it used as commission and is not refundable. That was not clearly communicated to us at time of booking. Poorly communicated. Definitely shop around.
