Amazing amazing amazing! We had the AMAZING Kate & Pablo for our wedding just yesterday, and we could not wait to review them and make sure everyone knows how incredible they are! They become a part of your day as much as the guests and family are. They have fun and make everything okay. It’s daunting on your wedding day as it is, but having Kate & Pablo there makes everything perfect! They do this as a business, yes, but you can see the attention to detail, and passion in what they do. They are beyond incredible, and Josh & I are so super excited to see their incredible work. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend Th3rd Dimension and to be honest I don’t know where to start with this review. We booked Th3rd Dimension for a post elopement shoot. We entered into an agreement of 3-4 shoot locations, sneak peak photo delivery within 24 hours and all our photos back within 8-10 weeks. All of those commitments were broken. I had to email after nearly three days to obtain an update as we were eager to share our news with our family and friends. Th3rd dimension blamed a “system error” and the photos were received some days later. These photos were not high quality, we were mid conversation, the sun blocked our faces and some photos had cut out various parts of our legs/body etc. Following this they sent a lengthy email questioning our (the customers integrity) based on nothing. They also demanded an extra $1000 because their photographer was early and started shooting our 5 min ceremony without obtaining our consent. Realistically we should have pushed for these photos as mentioned previously the signed agreement stated 3-4 locations, they only shot at two. We clearly refused but they continued to belittle us for their lack of communication. After waiting 10 weeks we again had to email asking where our photos were, no communication on Th3rd Dimension’s behalf and no update as to why the photos were again late. We then received our “keepsake box” and photos as promised. Because the photos had not been packed appropriately they were all bent. Th3rd dimension also didn’t communicate what photos we might like printed instead we have five printed photos in which are again poor quality; we are mid conversation, sun in face so you can’t see the photo, a blurry photo etc. After Th3rd dimension failed to deliver on all aspects of the contract we signed I absolutely feel we should have been compensated. Th3rd Dimension put a massive dampener on our wedding memories and we were anxiously awaiting the only memory we had to share with our family and friends. Unfortunately we would not recommend.

Kate and Pablo are pure magic together - we have only received our 1 minute trailer, but are over the moon with Th3rd Dimension Media.

Kate was such a calming presence to have on the day of our wedding as was Pablo with his gentle nature. They were so easy to work with and made us laugh constantly. They are so very patient and also super romantic which comes across in their videos.

They have got me thinking what occasion we can get filmed next just so we can hang out with those beautiful souls again 🙂 Can't sing their praises any higher. If you are looking to get your wedding filmed.... There is no doubt that Kate and Pablo should be the ones to do it.

This is a review of our experience with Kate and Pablo from Thr3rd Media Dimension, whom we hired to be our wedding photographers and videographers for our wedding in Airlie Beach in June 2022. We chose them because they appeared professional and had some examples of their work on their website, even though they had few reviews on Google or Facebook. We had an initial call with which was fine and we were required to pay 50% of the cost upfront to secure their services, with the remaining 50% due 60 days before the wedding date. We were not happy with this condition but we agreed to it, however after our first payment we had to follow up several times and experienced long delays in receiving responses to our emails.

Something positive is that on the day of the wedding, they were punctual, professional, and friendly, and we enjoyed working with them. We received around 10 photos promptly after the wedding, but the color grading was not what we had requested, and we expressed this to them, they just said that it was their style. We waited long five months to receive the final product (which is just outrageous, 5 months!!!), including the wedding video and edited photos. The video was mostly fine but had two mistakes in the transition, and the edited photos were not what we expected, were poorly edited, and did not reflect the warm style we had requested. We were very disappointed and unhappy with the results, and we felt like we had wasted our money.

We asked for the RAW files so that we could find another photographer to edit them, and they eventually sent them to us after a long wait. We were not entirely satisfied with the RAW files, but at least we had them, and they did not charge us for them. The video was never re-edited, and we had to fix it ourselves. We emailed Kate and Pablo with our private feedback, but they never responded or apologised, which was disappointing.

We also had other issues with them. We never received a proper contract, and it was unclear what their responsibilities were. Their T&C in their website did not specify how long it would take to receive the final product, but their product PDF stated that it would take between 8-12 weeks, which was not our experience. Overall, our experience with Kate and Pablo from Thr3rd Media Dimension was not very positive, and we would not recommend them to others, their excuse over the whole process to most of our concerns were: we are too busy with other job which sounds to us so unprofessional.

We regret our decision to hire them and we felt that what we paid for was not worth it. We really hesitate to make this review and waited months because we don't want to cause any harm in anyone business however we also think it's important that other people are aware of the outcomes of customers who have used certain services. We hope these guys can learn from this experience and improve their customer service, learn to listen to their customers experiences and be aware that wedding days are very important and their job should reflect that. We definitely learned our lesson too and are more aware in what to keep in mind when hiring a photographer or videographer for next time.
