Straight away, Sandy was the most helpful person I have met in years. I came in toward closing time looking for quite a few dry bags and she spent 40 minutes showing me all my options. She even went so far as to take some out of the packaging just so I could get a better idea of the dimensions, appearance, etc. She is such a sweet, genuine person and I am so glad we met. Amazing place … you can everything you need and more … good sales , good quality and good prices ! Fishing ,camping all out doors activities … they have a board for local events ,you never have problems with the parking … a lot of places …. And a lot of ecology products .. people in there helpful and friendly ! Highly recommend! Thanks .

Average store, was pretty dead. Don't hold out much hope for it surviving. Many stores have come and gone before in this area such as Rivers, Beacon Lighting, Mitre 10.. why would another store have any success especially when their is a competitor (BCF) right next door. Have been told the owner of Anaconda isn't exactly poor so this store might be artificially propped up in future.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Called the store to check the product was instore and they confirmed 3 in stock to make sure it was worth the 400km round trip to get it. On arrival was told no dont have any cant help you.
Talk about disgusting service.
Never would go here again. Anaconda you owe me a tank of fuel and a days pay for my travel time.
Learn some customer service skills and check your stock. What a disappointment!

The old blonde woman with bobbed haircut needs a lesson in customer service.
Not great. Waited 10 minutes to be served along with several other guests. Then growled at rudely by her when I wanted to pay cash . I will spend my money elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I bought a solar panel phone charger from there, was faulty, took it back and the man who served us was so rude! He acted as if I was a typical young girl that didn’t know anything about the product. Told us to come back tomorrow so he can’t do a diagnosis. Didn’t hear from him the next day, so I went in. They had done nothing since. I asked for a refund but he refused at which I had every right to have a refund! Someone by the name of Tim. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
