I had Garage Organisers fit out my garage a number of years ago. Best decision ever. Their products have made my garage workable and easy to care for. I recently installed a solar battery and needed to reconfigure so that some fire retardant walls could be installed around the battery area. Garage Organisers installers came out immediately to help, removed some panel of their product - which came apart easily - and once my battery installation certification is complete I will have them back to reconfigure accordingly. Great service during the install and great after sales service. They don’t forget their customers. Nice trait in this day and age.

Fantastic service and products.

Worked really closely to Chantelle for several months making sure we were getting the right solutions to fit our needs. Incredibly professional along with loads of patience and advice. I felt that from start to finish, I had constant support and answers to any and all questions/concerns I may have had.

There was no pressure, no "hard sales" push or tactics and instead was given the ability to choose the timing as to when we were ready for our garage shelving install. Chantelle gave us space and time, following up as needed and was an all around pleasure to work with.

For the actual install, we had the expertise of Tim, who showed up early, moved a freezer for us, and installed the shelvings where we wanted them. He stayed in constant communication about the install (that we can have the ceiling shelves in our garage, that he had to go and get something at Bunnings, when he was finished) and left our garage in a MUCH BETTER state then when he started the install.

When I asked about weight capacity, he hung himself from the shelves he had installed to put my mind at ease.

We are very happy with the results from The Garage Organisers. With only a single garage in which to fit a family car, bikes, a paraglider and tools, I searched long and hard for smart storage solutions. We had a square loft ceiling rack and the tidywall storage system installed. The quality of the installation is impressive, and the reorganisation of storage has dramatically improved the liability of our house.

The service was excellent throughout, even though I was not always able to answer the phone. Overall, highly recommended. Five stars.
