Had bought what I thought was one of the best looking 24v Jeep cars from this store for $600, bought it home, put it together and the stereo, and all sound affects didn't work. Called the shop, the owner was willing to replace with a different orange car due to the previous one being out of stock. She gave me the floor pre built one due to it being close to Christmas...my son has had his third ride in it this morning and whilst he was sitting in it the entire front bottom of the car fell apart... Not impressed. Lucky my son was wearing a helmet. When trying to put it together again I've noticed that some pieces were missing to hold it together at the bottom where the wheel and axel connect to the car itself..... Thanks for giving me a bad experience. Drove 1.5hrs each time to get the cars... And spent $600 on disappointment.

Since writing this review I have had this problem resolved by a separate owner named Peter who has been lovely and very helpful. He reconciled the situation. Thankyou Peter!

Purchased a kids buggy for deecent money, broke within first month, smoking at the motors, charging issues. We recieved no help from the owners or shop keepers, we are unable to refund. It will habe to go to the tip. Our son has trouble walking due to his disability so we were hoping this would be nice for him to be able to move around the yard without pain, very unhappy with this company. Do not recomend.

Reply to the reply, i habe called many time and spoken with many people about this, dont stress about another call back, it has been made clear that we are to recieve no help.

I’m going to buy a 24v ride on vehicle for my daughter. If I’m going to spend close to a grand I’m going to go look at what I’m buying. So I went to their store front in Yatala to get some more information.

It was quite a dirty untidy place with very few examples of any 24v Can Ams, Dune buggies or utv mxs. Not much of a showroom.

The other reviews state the lady has a bit of attitude when you go in for any warranty related claim. I sensed an unwillingness to even help me inspect any 24v vehicles. You could only see the top of one as it was in a box. And the other wasn’t what I was interested in.

The product knowledge of what they’re selling is really poor. Was just referred to website, which is also not that flash and the description of the product is just sales talk. They don’t tell you much about the manufacturing or in-depth of the batteries and motors like other business’s who sell these products do.

Will be buying a 24v 800w can am with the two batteries. Just not from here.

It takes an hour to drive there where I’m from. Wouldn’t recommend making the trip to the show room. It would of taken all of two minutes to give me a demonstration. It took 20 hours to get the cash for the toy, least you could do is give us a two minute demonstration. Can’t believe they sell these for a living and don’t even have any to show off. Imagine going to buy a car from a dealer, and they say, no go back to the website.

I first had the worst experience in getting my 2 yr old son a new toy for a Christmas, I won't go into detail,
I purchased a new buggy for my son had some issues after sale that the manger would not rectify the issues, so I left with the worst experience, but after a few days a man named Peter called me and I explained the problem. Within minutes he had it all sorted. Five star service from Peter,

Came across Artin toys & found the perfect ride on 24V Pink UTV beach buggy for my daughters. I rang the number to see if it was possible to arrive before Christmas as I left it way too late and to my pleasant surprise Peter made magic happen! Freight was organised, and invoice was sent and within 2 days a freight company had dropped it off from Brisbane - Canberra.
I can’t thank you enough Peter for your efforts and for the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. It says a lot about the business your running when even the freight company commented on you and said how much of a pleasure it is to work with you and how they’re hoping they get to do more work with you!
Merry Christmas legend & thank you for saving me at Christmas! Can’t wait to post photos when they’re cruising around the paddock.

Bought a Can-Am from Artin Toys. Great little car. Car works great. I bought the one that’s Cam-Am licensed thinking that it would be of better quality than the other look alike.

But……

Charger is 4 months old. Just went to take it back. As I walked in, she blurted “Not another one… “

Wanted to charge $45 for the new charger. I explained that I had only purchased this car at Christmas time and was this a common issue..(going off her reaction)

She got very upset and said go somewhere else. Say back down and started watching her t.v again.

I am shocked with this level of customer service.
