Took my coil gun to get serviced get serviced in September last year and it took until late December to get it fixed and back to me! I literally had to buy another coil gun to see me through until it got fixed.

Initially they said it would take 2-3 weeks. If you need your tools service do not go to this store absolutely useless, must of called 8x to get an update on my tool and they never escalated it properly even after waiting months!

Absolutely fantastic service. Was on top of us the second we walked in asking what we needed. One strange thing though he kept calling us gay the whole times. Great place though 👍. Would recommend

Came to shop needing a die to fix damaged thread. The guy I asked couldn’t have been less of a help if he tried. Asked if he’d help me to find the size I needed and told me “people usually tell me what they need”. Won’t be coming back

Kaleva was such a great help. I was looking for certain tool boxes and needed multiple. He not only price matched bunnings but also ordered them directly from the manufacturer and will have them delivered too. Very easy to communicate with and friendly.
