As a business owner and long-standing customer with an account at Total Tools Bethania, I’ve always relied on their service for my business needs. However, after today’s experience, I will be cancelling my account.

I rode my motorbike to the store and had a bag with me, as I often do. Upon entering, I was asked to leave my bag at the front counter. I politely explained that I had personal items in it and offered to have the bag checked after I made my purchase. Despite this reasonable offer, I was met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff.

The level of customer service was shockingly poor. I felt profiled and unfairly treated, likely because my tattoos were visible. I had been in the store twice recently, with the same bag, and was not asked to leave it at the counter, which makes today’s treatment all the more concerning.

One staff member in particular, an older man, was especially rude, yelling across the store. The unprofessionalism, combined with what felt like discriminatory behavior, made the experience unbearable.

This is not how loyal customers should be treated. Total Tools Bethania has lost my business.

1st time at this particular store and full marks to the young girl that served me. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She changed my mood from I don't really want to be here to Gee, I am glad I came

Ordered tools online through total tools Beenleigh..
Selected courier Company have lost the package and no one can find anything.
Very disappointed, won't be purchasing from here again in a hurry.
And the second order i had with these guys has had false delivery times displayed. Says 2 days however just received message saying not due for another 4 days ( already waited 3 )

Poor customer service. First time in this store and I felt that I was misjudged by the male staff. Me and my 38 weeks pregnant wife went to their store to look for a piece of screw driver so we can use and change our car plates coz we have it transferred from NSW to QLD and I forgot to bring my tools. I was holding my wife’s bag as it’s so heavy for her to carry, she’s 9 months pregnant and she just had a blood test done in the hospital before we came to their store. While looking for a piece of screw driver a male staff approached me and stated to leave the bag I am holding in the counter. I was surprised and confused coz we never experienced this even in other state. I told the staff that this is my wife’s bag and my wife was standing from a far watching us and she seems confused as well. Anyhow, I did leave my wife’s bag in the counter and went to find the screw, then I saw my wife approached them in the counter and asked them if there’s any problem. She was told the same thing to leave the bag. The bag has personal items like ids/ cards and phones. So my wife decided to stay in the counter as she’s worried about her stuff. She was stressed out thinking why these people treated us so badly. I am not sure if it’s their policy and I haven’t seen any sign outside that bags are not allowed inside. But that’s very unusual, unprofessional and very rude and unkind. We went their without any bad intentions but we felt like we are being mistreated, embarrassed and belittled. We will never go to this place, never again.

I get that they just opened up at Bethania and seem really stressed out, but never have I had such a bad customer service experience.
I wont be back to your store. Such a rude and bad energy there between staff and towards the customers. Good luck with your new store. Hope you sort it out.

Awesome customer service! ... remembered my face from six months ago, and happily opened a couple of boxes to show me their machine polisher units.

Will highly recommend them based on their professionalism and customer service.
