These guys have been THE best business to deal with for a non-commercial customer, and especially for a female customer.

I wanted to get my new stainless bird cage electropolished and most other providers I'd contacted over time either couldn't be bothered, saw it as not an important project, or took weeks to send me a vague reply. I've had past experiences with industrial manufacturing businesses where I've been dismissed or not taken seriously based on my gender (this was interstate). Not Southern Stainless.

George was timely in his responses, extremely helpful and understanding, and went to great lengths to make sure the cage was perfect. The quality of their work is impeccable. Their pricing is very affordable and I appreciated being given a ballpark quote up front.

I'll be doing all of my stainless cleaning and manufacturing business with them from now on (for my other existing stainless cages) and in the future when I get around to welding cages myself.

Can't recommend them enough for stainless projects 🙂

We bought the Infinity Grill and also the Teppanyaki grill from Southern Stainless. I was a little nervous about doing this as there's not too many online reviews to find on them. I am so glad I did. They are both incredible grills and the best I have used.
The Infinity Grill gets a great heat so you can sear your meat like no other. You just can't compare other bbqs to this. It is also a breeze to clean which is very important.
Both units are of quality construction and very solid. They also look fantastic side by side.
Southern Stainless were also great to deal with as a company.

We have been the proud owners of Southern Stainless marine BBQs for many Many years. Our current one was 17 years old, we returned to SS for checking and repairing.
The advice given was we should consider updating it rather than repair it, we believed this was good advice from their technical department.
A new deluxe electric BBQ was ordered and shipped.
Unfortunately there were a few issues that occurred. Theses were reported to Suzanne and within 24 hours our concerns and issues we’re rectified.
It was quite obvious that the team at SS were truly customer focused And to use an old adage it was more than apparent SS truely believe that the customer is the most important person in you’re business.
Linda an I we’re both thankful we were dealing with a professional company with solid core values.
We are now the proud owners of our new electric BBQ.

Custom built stainless steel marine exhaust in 5” pipe, (2 x Caterpillar C12 marine engines) with water injection elbows and all SS flanges ... new exhaust fabricated using old removed exhaust as a tempate ... turned out an excellent reproduction of dimensions .. as new exhaust fitted very well. a clean and fume and water free engine room now expected...

I contacted southern stainless and was put through to Mr George Diakonidis I explainedI to him what I wanted to put a 316 stainless steel house name on my brick fence after 2 weeks of work from George and his team I received a draught of what I wanted .Within 2 weeks I received my product ,if I was to say I am happy that would be greatly understated not only happy but I have recommended this company to my friends and associates Thanks again George your firm is brilliant 👍

Unfortunately it's rare these days to receive good, never mind extraordinary service, both from the point of view of product quality and personalised attention. The Infinity barbecue we purchased and the way it was handled by the Southern Stainless staff has been amazing. And to make things even better, the product is completely Australian made! I could not recommend George and the staff more highly.

Many thanks to the fantastic team at Southern Stainless who recently repaired my good old bbq. I've had this barbie for over 20 years and cooked more meals than u could imagine. The boys found a spiders web blocking the gas flow and apart from that was as good as a new one on their showroom floor. It's a credit to their product, service and the team.Now it's good for the next 20 years. Well done Southern Stainless.
