We asked a builder friend who we should contact about getting handrails on two sets of stairs at our home. He recommended Ausmetal. But we were concerned that our small job would not interest them. On the contrary their assistance was fantastic. Glenn visited and carefully measured where the steps would run and then sent plans for our approval which clearly illustrated the handrails that he had designed. A short time after we had communicated our approval Steve arrived and efficiently installed the new handrails, which are perfect for our purposes. The guys that we dealt with were all prompt, efficient, polite and informative. Even though ours was a small job for them Ausmetal provided a terrific service.
