Told Dishwasher was in stock and next date for delivery 15 Jan. No call or delivery that day. Called, told I had to call manufacturer to find out when they would drop to good guys. Manufacturer told me to call good guys. $2000 and 2 weeks later, no dishwasher, no idea when it's coming. Awful service, doing charge back on Credit card as company won't return calls.

The staff at this branch are excellent. I needed to buy a new TV and received great service. However, as a disabled person the access to the store is left wanting. The disabled parking is away from the front entrance, the nearest ramp is for the bottle shop next door, the walkway to the entrance is cluttered with signs, and the parking is not covered. That is not disabled friendly.

Efficient, sales staff are helpful and everything is negotiable. When we purchased an electric stove and try to change it to gas stove. No additional cost required even though there are small amounts in price difference. Sales are good n helpful but a bit disappointing when you call the CS. As they didn’t call back as promised and agreed with other reviews that they don’t know much of what they are doing…

The team here were amazing. I knew exactly what product I wanted, the salesperson gave me a quick overview and then they had me checked out without even having to go up to the checkouts. The next day I had a small hardware issue and they swapped out the bad part amazingly quickly.
Very happy with the service I received from all team members here!

He was understanding and stood behind his company and ensured a positive outcome. Excellent service and something that will encourage me to shop there again.

My new dishwasher was delivered yesterday as requested. I paid $200 for installation. It was only after it was delivered that the delivery guys told me someone else installs it.
I rang my local store and after 20 minutes on hold was told I need to call on line support. After 30 min on hold I was told it would be installed in 3 weeks, so I'd have a massive heavy box taking up half my kitchen for 3 weeks and no working dishwasher for my NYE party. They said I could call the 3rd party installer to see if I could get it done earlier. So after 15 mins on hold I was told they couldn't! They suggested I call back online customer service for a return or credit. After a further 20 Min on hold, I gave up!
At the time of ordering on line there was no indication of having to wait 3 weeks for install. Why the hell would I want it delivered 3 weeks before they install it?
2 hours on hold and a massive useless box in my kitchen for 3 weeks!
Not even close to good enough!!
