Overview: service ok, but expensive and very slow. I won't be going back.

Slow times: My machine was with them for 3.5 weeks. It took 2 weeks just to get an assessment, then had to wait for parts.

Expensive: $100 assessment fee up front, then was told another $476 to fix! The sunken cost encouraged me to take this rather than go elsewhere. So, $576 for some new seals etc., and a de-scale. The information asymmetry is large, so I had no idea whether most of this was truly required. When I expressed surprise at the cost, I was told they could 'dispose of it for no extra costs'?!?! This is a 10-year old VBM machine that is in good working order.

Service: seems ok, although my lever still grinds.

Conclusion: My search for a coffee service place in Brisbane that doesn't keep the machine for > 2 weeks goes on!

The “service” these guys offer is a complete scam. They will go to the service menu of your machine and quote to replace anything with a fault.
For example…. Don’t ever let the machine run out of beans, QCMS will diagnose this as a grinder fault…. New grinder needed… what a load of bollocks…. Ran out of water? Ohh is must need a new pump….
Our machine went in working ok. The solenoids were a bit noisy and I could hear a slight hiss indicating a steam leak. We paid our $100 and were politely given a quote for $1200 to “fix” our working machine……
When we politely declined our machine was returned with an ants nest and a defective appliance tag on the power cable.
2 years later I ordered the o’rings, replaced them and it’s still working fine 8500 coffees later.
Don’t join the thousands this company have deceived with their $100 service!

I should have read all the other reviews, total scam company they just want your $100 upfront fee and will find any excuse in the world to not fix your machine. They will offer to dispose of it free for you! No doubt to fix it and sell for a profit. Took it elsewhere, was repaired just fine.

Thank you so very much to QCMS for fixing our Delonghi in-built coffee machine after almost 12 months of ongoing issues. We wasted months and considerable funds trying to fix the machine through another firm (ED) before we sought QCMS' help to fix the issue. QCMS were able to determine the root cause, and we are now back to drinking great coffee again! We can't thank you enough and will recommend your services to everyone.

After 2.5 weeks I was quoted $1230 (excluding assessment fee) to fix my Breville Oracle. I declined the quote and took it to a Breville Service Centre on the southside. For $249 (including assessment fee), my machine is now fixed and running perfectly. Be aware of biased advice with high prices and recommendations to replace parts unnecessarily.

So far so good. I dropped off my machine and the service lady, sorry I cannot remember your name, was really friendly, helpful and efficient. I know that turnaround is a bit of a wait but absence makes the heart grow fonder... I will give you another star once I pick up my machine.

Went here for a warranty repair for a De'Longhi machine and spent three months with exceptionally poor communication and service from this business before I finally got my machine back.

Unfortunately for me, the machine wasn't fixed the first time and I had to take time off work (again) to drop the still-broken machine off (and leave it for weeks) for a second round of repairs to resolve the issue I requested the repair on in the first place.

When I later raised the fact it was a bit of an issue that my time had been wasted by all this palaver, the person at the front desk would not entertain the idea that they might be the problem.

Absolutely sub-standard "service" and I'd give them no stars if I could.

The Coffee machine Con repair and service . You will lose your money Read the reviews and take you machine else where .
The con is to charge you $100 dollars up front to supposedly look at your machine then to charge you exorbitant price for parts and repairs which will cost you additionally from the deposit that you paid to have your machine fixed .
Ours sat in the warehouse and came back dirty We where told 3 weeks to have our machine repaired and seen to.
After reading the google reviews I rang to cancel and pick our machine up after a couple of days then all of a sudden they had supposedly looked at our machine.

We where quoted verbally nearly $500 dollars for our machine which was 6 years old which included the $100 dollar deposit that we paid I felt it wasn’t worth the repair .

The con was they kept after our money after 2 days and did not provide a receipt or a quote as they where in capable of emailing it. Very poor for a Business that has been going for more than 12 years .
